Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured and ready to party!
What are the rules for the bounce houses?
We want everyone to have fun, but we do have some rules:

No shoes,
No food or drinks
No face paint (it will stain)
No pets
No climbing walls
No confetti, glitter, sand, slime, silly string, colored powder, markers, paint or bubbles,
Adult supervision at all times
What surfaces can the inflatables be set up on?
We can set up on:
​
Grass, concrete, artificial turf, pavers, indoors, and asphalt
**for grass, please ensure 18” stakes can be placed in the ground i.e. spaces without water/electric lines, or sprinkler heads

We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, dirt/mud, slopes, and uneven surfaces.
Will I need to provide power?
Yes, power must be provided in order to inflate the inflatables. We will need an outlet within 100 feet of where the bounce house will be set up.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of booking is required to secure your rental. Remaining payment is due 1 week prior to your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must take place 7 days prior to your event. We can apply your deposit to a future date if we have it available.
Do you set up in the rain/snow?
No, there must be less than 30% chance of precipitation a minimum of 3 hours prior and after your event.
- We use the Weather Channel App to track the radar and will contact the client 48 hours prior, in the event we need to cancel. If an indoor option is available, we will be happy to discuss moving the rental indoors.
- If an indoor option is not available, we can apply your deposit to a future date if we have it available
(This applies to both Bounce Houses and Backdrops)
What areas do you deliver to?
We provide free delivery within 15 mins of business address (Queensbury, NY). Delivery fee will apply to anywhere beyond this radius. Please include your event location and we can provide you with the exact amount.
Are the units sanitized?
All units are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Will Bounce and Boujee provide supervision?
No. Parental supervision is required with the exception of rentals for weddings.
For liability reasons, there will be an additional fee for a Boujee Attendant to supervise all wedding bookings.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for delivery of the bounce house?
Please locate an area of flat ground fit for the required space of your rental. Bounce and Boujee provides lead cords however, please locate closest electrical outlet.
Make sure the area is clear of all debris (including pet waste). Identify sprinkler heads, invisible fence or any underground electrical lines.
Are there other size/shape options available for the back drops?
Yes, we would be happy to discuss other creative ideas for backdrops. Please indicate these specific requests on the request form.
